Chilli Divi Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 Jar of Glorious Gloria’s Chilli Divi Marinade

4 British free-range chicken breasts or thighs

Note: Chicken can be substituted with your favourite fish, beef, lamb or veg


Method

1. Prepare your favourite meat or veg into equal portions. Then evenly rub on a generous amount of Glorious Gloria’s Chilli Divi Marinade. (Optional): Add crushed chillies for more spice.

2. Allow flavours to infuse for a minimum of 15 min then cook immediately, or cover tightly with cling film & allow to marinate in a cool place for an hour.

3. Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 and roast until thoroughly cooked.

4. Serve meat or veg with its juices, and enjoy with Glorious Gloria’s self-cooked Jollof Rice & a side salad.
